In May 2023, I moderated a debate on the practice of Controlled Digital Lending between Devlin Hartline, Legal Fellow with Hudson Institute’s Forum for Intellectual Property and Dave Hansen, Executive Director of Authors Alliance. The debate saw the highest turnout all the conference’s Collection Development sessions.
